fetti® is not responsible for any lost/damaged mail. No returns allowed on purchased items, except if flaws in products are found and the item still has the tag along with the receipt.

To return your purchase for a refund, you will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you are worried about your return getting to us, we recommend purchasing tracking for your items as we cannot guarantee we will receive your package.
